Hi, I'm Sabareeswaran.

தமிழ்நாடு முழுக்க — நிதானமாக, பெரும்பாலும் நெடுஞ்சாலையை விட்டு விலகி — பயணம் செய்து, கண்டதை எழுதுகிறேன். நீண்ட பதிவுகள் வாழும் இடம் இந்தத் தளம்.

I travel across Tamil Nadu — slowly, mostly off the highway — and write about what I find. This site is where the long-form stuff lives.

நான் சபரீஸ்வரன் இளங்கோவன். இங்கேயே வளர்ந்தவன். பயணம் செய்யச் செய்ய, தமிழ்நாட்டில் நான் இன்னும் பார்க்காதவை எவ்வளவு என்பது புரிகிறது.

I'm Sabareeswaran Elangovan. I grew up here, and the more I travel, the more I realise how much of Tamil Nadu I haven't seen.

இவற்றில் சில இடங்கள் பிரபலமானவை; பல அப்படி இல்லை. சிறு கோயில்கள், மலைச் சாலைகள், தேடிப் போகத் தகுந்த உணவு, கேட்கத் தகுந்த மனிதர்கள் — இவற்றைப் பதிவு செய்து வைப்பதுதான் TN Explorer-இன் நோக்கம்.

Some of these places are famous. Plenty aren't. The point of TN Explorer is to keep a record — of small temples, hill roads, food worth a detour, and people worth listening to.
